Hi, my name is Jamie. 

As an independent songwriter and musician of over twenty years, I know how tough it can be to promote yourself, especially when the budget is tight.  That's why I began making my own music videos all those years ago.  As the years have gone by and I've slowly gained experience and built up my skillset (as well as investing in video and lighting equipment), I've come to realise something profoundly important about myself - I'm not a just a songwriter, I'm a storyteller.

Story is so important to me, whether it's through song, a visual narrative or simply the process of making a pizza - there's a beggining, a middle and an end - and each of those elements needs to make the audience feel something.

As time has gone by, visual storytelling has become my passion and, because I understand from experience what a struggle it can be to build something brand new from your passions, I've created Side Owl Productions - a videography business designed to help people like me to showcase the things they are passionate about (but without breaking the bank!)
